How does the Torro Bracelet charge your iphone?

The Torro Bracelet has two connectors, one on each side. Lightning Connector and a USB. Plug the Lightning connector into your iphone and the USB to any USB outlet. Your phone will then charge automatically. If for some reason it doesn't charge, try flipping the lightning connector side around and plug back into your phone. 

Do you have to have direct connection in order for the bracelet to charge?

Yes, both end of the bracelet need to be connect in order to charge/sync your phone.

Do the bracelets have a battery inside?

Not yet, but we're working on it. Stay tuned!

Do you have bracelets for Android?

No, but we haven't forgetton about android users. Android and USB C versions coming soon!

Is the Torro Bracelet waterproof?

Not water-proof but water-resistant. 

Is there a warranty on the bracelet?

Yes, we offer a 1 year manufacture warranty, given there is no excessive wear and tear. 

What is the return policy?

We offer a 10 return policy on all products, on the condition there is no excessive damage to the item. 

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, it takes 3 business days to process your order. USPS takes 3-4 business days to ship your order. You will receive an email with tracking informaiton once your package is picked up by USPS

How about international orders/shipping?

It will takes 3 business days to process and 1-2 weeks to ship internationally. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is picked up by USPS.
